Payment can be made on each visit via Cash or Faster Payments.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Cheque payments or Card payments.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within a 48 hour notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee of £35 for dogs and £50 for horses. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full fee being charged.
